    HORRIBLE!! Sure, they fixed my car. However, BRIAN L****** is an awful employee. He is rude and sneaky. For example, he wouldn't let me see any part of the invoice (part numbers and costs, labor costs, actual work done) except for the corner that showed my total. I asked several times verbally on phone calls as well as written in texts. He beat around the bush for a while then finally said I could see it AFTER I paid. Then eventually agreed to email it. That was never received. (Later told us that he "gave it to pops" and he "didn't know what happened to it after that"). Originally when he called to tell me what was wrong (we agreed before my car got there that he would call BEFORE any repairs were made) he told me the drive shaft broke jamming the shifter cable. Then he informed me he already fixed it and was out driving it earlier in the day. I was working with a terrible warranty company that should have paid for ALL repairs. Because he told the warranty company that the shifter cable jammed then broke the drive shaft, some of the parts were not covered. Sneaky. Why tell the customer 1 thing and the warranty another? Then we finally go in to get the car. He was rude again, cussing and essentially throwing a fit that we were not happy with his demeanor. The owner of this location (Brian's father) tried to just smooth things over and defended his son. I will NEVER go back to this business.
