    The process was quick and easy. I had my trucking firm to move my tractor coast to coast by the end of the day. But the best part was walking through what to expect and how it all works with one of the staff, since I’ve never shipped something that big. Rr8star was exactly what I needed to get to a trucking firm for my move. Thanks !!

    I started to formulate my load prior to winning the action item I needed to move. I even added another item and received numerious quotes. Based upon the FR8 agent I accepted the low bind. after paying the 20% retainer, I awaited contact from the shipper . After several days with no contact, I called the FR8 agent only to learn the low bidder had withdrawn. I reminded the items had to be removed by a certain date. I then received blowback about times, dates, etc. I wonder if FR* will meet their obligation for the move based upon the original bid. I am suspect. There was almost a 35% difference between bids.
    If they come through, I'll change my rating.

    It was so easy to put in the load info (dimensions), pick up and drop off locations and desired timeframe. After that the site does all the work publishing the job available and even has an option to combine multiple loads to save on shipping. I will be using it more often for moving equipment. All shippers on the site are insured which is a great extra.
