    I need a receipt for my payment of $280 to Blue Ox Tree Service, check dated 7/19/24. The service I paid for, which was removing several volunteer mulberry trees from my residential backyard, was performed well but I need an itemized receipt for our condominium financial records. My personal check was endorsed with a handwritten personal signature by ** ******, it did not have a company stamped endorsement, and it cleared my bank on 7/22/24.
    I have been contacting the Blue Ox business office by phone, email, and USPS mail asking for a receipt. but other than promises from ***** ****** I have received nothing. I offered to drive out to their office on South St to pick up a receipt on 7/31 but was assured on 8/1 that they had a record of my payment and would email a receipt to me asap. No receipt. I sent a letter on 8/8 with a self-address stamped envelope enclosed but as of 8/14 I still have no response.
    I've been asking for this simple response for almost a month now and I'm beginning to suspect the business practices at the Blue Ox office.

    This issue has been resolved. Blue Ox Tree Service sent me an electronic invoice/receipt which is what I needed. Thanks for your intervention, it seems to have helped a lot!
