    Bought a 2013 200 Chrysler only drove it for off lot had issue right away headlight did not work had to then get a sense put on a few months later. Oil leaks in may it stopped working. Took it to Napa in seward they informed me it needed a new motor and tje company never should have sold this car it was unsafe.

    Hi ******, thank you for the complaint. You have been a valued customer many years. I am not sure why you did not just contact us. I am a little confused by the complaint. If the vehicle needed an engine when you purchased it, how were you able to drive it home and to Seward? How are you still driving it 1 year later? Please remember you purchased the vehicle as is as required by Nebraska state law. You did purchase a vehicle service contract with engine coverage. If the vehicle needs an engine, you will need to get your vehicle towed to the nearest service facility. You will need to go through the proper steps to make an engine claim through Wynns warranty. If you have questions how to do this, please contact them. I can give you the number any time. We do offer discounts on labor and diagnostics, these services are not free as you have expected us to do in the past. The vehicle is yours, and vehicle maintenance is your responsibility. If you have any further questions, please feel to contact me directly.
