Customer for Years (10+). The service got bad around the time my cat cello passed. I took him into All Feline Hospital. The whole time they told me he was going to be fine. When I went to visit Cello, I heard the front desk people talking about it stating that”animals die and it’s not that big of a deal. There’s always something else to love” which broke me. I kept my mouth shut. I noticed on his head by his ears there was a yellow tint (jaundice). I didn’t say anything because if I know the vet has to, right?! No one noticed until 24 hrs later when his organs started shutting down. The last time I came to visit I was met with an older customer service rep, she was very rude and cold. When cello passed they called me to come pick him up but didn’t give me back his stuff. I had to ask for it. While handing me cellos stuff, the male customer service rep informed me about god’s word. I’m not religious and I found it very uncomfortable that they put a saint on my cats locker and forced religion down my throat. Instances keep coming up with All Feline - they tried charging me for a cat I rescued and paid for years (5) ago at random. Also, tried charging me for food I never bought. Last time - they gave me an antibiotic. I read the test they sent me about my kitten’s symptoms. I asked the women at the front desk what it meant she told me to google it. So I did. Google said it was a parasite and they gave me amoxicillin. I asked if that would treat parasites and the women responded “if the vet prescribed it to you then it probably works”. I asked if I could talk to a vet tech or a vet bc I was confused and I wanted to make sure there wasn’t a repeat from last time. The women at the desk left, came back, and said no - I’ll just have to make a note to the vet to call you. I asked when. Which is a fair question bc they told me they would call me this last Friday, never did. They sent an email. And when I called them today they tried to give me a different patients records.
