    Final Update:
We received a card, signed by the entire*emergency vet* staff, but haven't heard anything from Pitts. Again, this was a vet that we took our cat to for a decade. My husband and I are still deeply saddened by the lack of compassion, care, and follow-up. Please look elsewhere for your beloved furry family members.

    Update:
Our cat had to be euthanized by the emergency vet the same night Pitt's was too busy to see us. This is two days after he was seen. The emergency vet was shocked to find out that Pitt's didn't run any blood work on our cat. The blood work ended up showing that our cat was in kidney and heart failure.

Been bring our cat here for about a decade. He is having serious urinary problems and may be dying. Called at 5:30 (they close at 8:00) because we saw them 2 days ago for urinary obstruction and our cat isn't able to urinare and isn't moving or eating. The receptionist had to "check with the dr to see if they were willing to see him, because it was up to the vet". She came back into the phone and "unfortunately, they're JUST TOO BUSY" to see our potentially dying cat that they have been seeing for almost a decade.
I don't recommend them. We've been paying for their overpriced services thinking they would be here when we really needed them, and they absolutely are not. They are money hungry and heartless. If our cat makes it through this, we will be switching vets and will never look back.
