    Keven came on a Monday to look at the water heater to figure out the problem. Said he wanted to check out the shower faucets but wouldn't. He didn't have any tools with him. He took the fee I owed him per my home warranty and after that he was very hard to get ahold of. He was supposed to come back on Wednesday, but didn't- I had a hard time getting ahold of him to find out where he was. He said he was unavailable can he come Friday, I said fine. He said he'd be there between 11-12:30 and that he'd give me a call to confirm. I said that works. I didn't hear from him in the morning, so I called and left a voice mail at 9:30 just to make sure he was still coming. No answer. Then again at 11:30 and 1:30. No answer. He finally calls around 2p and says he will be there in 1.5 hr. He showed up just after 4p with no tools to do whatever it was he said he was going to do. He asked me what to tell the warranty company. I said I don't know- he's the plumber, he needs to figure it out. He declared I was wrong and there's obviously nothing wrong with the water heater and left. Whole thing took maybe 10 minutes. I am still stuck with the same problem.
    I strongly suggest anyone else who uses him to request to see his plumbing license and make sure he has the tools to do his job before he comes in the door or you will get scammed like I did.
    I strongly advise against the use of this gentleman and his company.

         First of all, thank you very much for the review. I like retorting to these reviews when I know I am correct! 

           First of all, when I was there the first time, I wanted to look at the shower you said your kids shower in because you said that was the only shower that ran out of hot water. You told me you didn't want me upstairs because it was so untidy you didn't want anybody to see it. In light of this dilemma, I decided to make a hypothesis and determined it could be a single faucet by-passing cold water mixing with the hot. You said you had a technician out a month before and the warranty company didn't authorize it because the other technician said your water heater needed flushed out. You hired them to flush your water heater. It lasted a short time and began running out of hot water again.

         I looked at the water heater and understood from the rating plate it was built in 2016, and there is an active water softener placing only soft water in that water heater. I checked the thermostat and noted, "it was operating properly." I wanted to make sure everything was working properly. I have a truck full of tools, I just needed to evaluate which ones I needed because I was denied a visual check of the shower on the previous visit. After I determined the water heater was working properly, I went up to the bathroom you said only lasted a few minutes, I turned the water on hot only, and also opened the hot side of a lavatory sink with you standing there almost the entire time, and could not hold my hand in the water because it was scalding for very close to 20 minutes. I ran almost the entire 50 gallons out of the water heater. I am very sorry I could not find anything amiss with your water heater. I have been in the trade for 43 years and I checked everything I knew hopeful I could repair something so you could feel better. The only reason I collected the service fee is because the warranty company mandates, I collect it.

    The owner came out and unclogged my kitchen sink himself!
    I was very impressed!
    He was very personable and professional!
    I would definitely call this company for any of my plumbing needs!

    This company does not value customer time. Assigned repair for our home warranty a week in advance. They provided a four hour window. I took off time from work and waited. I finally called 10 minutes from the end of the four hour window. Technician said he would be right over. I waited another hour. Their front office called my wife and I over an hour after that to see if the tech had shown up. Rescheduled through our warranty company, hopefully with a provider that values customers and customer time. I had to take five hours of my vacation time, and finally got a call back from the tech two and a half hours after the service window closed.

    I was stuck on a job and the customer had sewage in the basement. I considered it priority over the Mr. **** job. My wife had a doctor appointment and wasn't able to answer the phone. When I realized I was late I called and the customer. He was very belligerent, and said he was getting another technician. I'm very sorry I didn't make it to him.

    I called three hours into a four hour appointment window. You said you would come right over and then didn't call me back for another two hours.

    If you would have called me when you found out you had an emergency call that needed addressed I would have gone to work and gladly met you there later. Instead, you lacked even the most basic customer service to call, so you lost a customer and I lost vacation time. Hopefully, this review serves as a reminder to you that communication is crucial, and to your future customers that their job may be pushed back at any time without notice if you think another job is more important.
