    I recently brought a beautiful tri female Cavalier King Charles from Barb. Throughout the process she was not only professional but personable and willingly to assist us with our needs and questions. Our baby has health checked perfectly and had rave reviews at her vet. We were able to visit and pick up our sweet girl on site. Her facilities were immaculate and everyone was so friendly. We were even introduced to her sister and it was obvious the whole family deeply cares for their animals.

    We got our dog in 2021. She was the perfect girl for us. At 16 months, she was diagnosed with Addison’s disease. She then passed at 19 months due to Addison’s complications. When doing research on our next dog, we found out Gatsby came from a puppy mill. She was sick from the beginning and was not with us as long as she should have been. We are thankful to find this out and want a stop to the nonsense.

    While we too are saddened to hear of your devastating loss of sweet Gatsby, we are thankful that DNA shows Heartland linage to be clear of over 200 canine diseases in addition to other testing. Your puppy was born out of show ring linage which of whom we have owned grandparents, great grandparents as well as linages before. While we are disappointed you choose not to communicate with our veterinarian, & not to submit any documentation and instead chose to submit a message of slander- we do consider this as a method for you to handle the loss of your sweet wheatie rather than a lashing to our four decade passion for canines.
