Told me the labor rate was $100 /hr then charged $450 for less then 2 hours of work. Told me this was by the job but never explained that before doing the work. I would have never agreed to this.

This guy is a contractors nightmare! Comparing a different project that was estimated as an hourly rate to an appliance that went out. Assuming that one estimate is the same as the next is foolish. Needless to say he will enjoy paying more for services from the bigger companies. I tried talking with the customer and he was just hostile.Josh N

Service provider should explain the cost of services before preforming said Service. This was very unprofessional.JL Service

It was an emergency service and customer said do it, didn't ask how much it would be. I've had that very situation happen multiple times with customers and I take care of them; they respect my services enough to pay for my services as they are fair. I realized the reason why said customer couldn't find anyone else is because he's known to not pay his bills.
