They are incredibly unprofessional towards their staff. They bully and gaslight people into doing what they want. They dont hire from within nor do they compensate their employees properly. They talk themselves up but yet they’re just as corrupt as any other neglectful agency. They let go numerous coworkers who simply stated a problem they noticed and management responded poorly and fired said individuals. They penny pinch their way around things and cut costs at the expense of the individuals they serve. The chef makes greasy unhealthy food for the individuals. The CEO is so unsure of herself that she cant take constructive criticism. Stay away from these clowns, they speak of treating everyone like “family” maybe an abusive family. The higher ups do not listen to any feedback, but rather throw it back into everyone else’s face because they’re incredibly unprofessional.
