    Terrible service I'm out of town trying to work my car broke down and had my car in the shop for over two weeks did not give me a rental car and they're still waiting on parts to come in somethings definitely wrong would not recommend

    Helen brought her car in for service. She provided us with the information of her vehicle extended service contract. We were able to get all of the repairs authorized for payment minus her deductible. Our facility does have a small fleet of loaner/rental cars, in witch we prioritize them to our sales customers first. At this time, we had no vehicles in this fleet available as they were all out to other customers. We were not the sellers of her vehicle service contract. It is unfortunate that the contract would not pay the daily amount needed for her rental from the rental car company. When Helen came and picked up her vehicle, the parts we were waiting on to complete the repair were on special order with the vehicle manufacture. We had expedited them as much as possible. in these post pandemic times.
