Waited for a year for our business to be on the magazine, due to them not delivering feedback. what was not delivered on time was then charged a year later. Will not do business again nor refer this business to other companies.Partner Plus Media

We are all extremely sorry that this particular venue did not meet our
usual 12-16 week publication schedule, however we did explain to you that this
was due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our reasonable control, namely the
venue changed ownership during the design and proofing phase, which lead to the
unavoidable delay in approving their content. Once approval was received, the
publication was fast tracked and received priority printing. As a goodwill
gesture, your payments were placed on hold until your advertisement was
published and even then we agreed to split your final balance into two smaller
payments. Our Operations Manager has sent you two emails outlining a further
goodwill gesture and is currently awaiting your response. I am confident that this
will be resolved to your satisfaction and you should soon start to see a return
