    12/13/2023-Bought a table & chairs. Asked ***** for demonstration how the butterfly worked. She couldn't close the table & said it would be fixed before delivery
    12/20/2023-Delivered
    I called to report I couldn't latch the butterfly
    12/27/2023-***** requested photos
    1/17/2024 & 1/20/2024-Told they would have the delivery crew stop to take a look-they came on 4/11/2024, said the tabletop looked warped
    There were multiple texts & phone calls with ***** during all that time
    5/9/2024-Informed by Furniture Service "table was still under warranty" Tabletop on order but they have no ETA
    5/20/2024-received a text from *****; "tabletop is on order however no ETA to our store"
    5/31/2024-Text; "tabletop is on order with no ETA. You will be notified when it's received in our store to coordinate the exchange"
    After 5 1/2 months of communication, I'm no longer confident in what I'm being told about the replacement tabletop

    We did attempt to adjust the tabletop but it did not resolve the issue so a replacement was ordered. Please allow up to 4 weeks for the replacement to arrive to our store as it was not in stock when the order was placed. Any further questions, please let us know. We can most certainly let you know when the replacement is received.

    This model was not in stock when the replacement order was placed. Please allow up to 4 weeks for the replacement to arrive to our store. We received the invoice for this order today which means the item is now with the freight company, the next step is for them to contact our store to schedule a time for us to receive the merchandise. We will contact you once received and inspected. Any further questions, please let us know.
