    Called Nebraska Appliance Center on Monday (10/14) to order a replacement condensor/fan motor and fan for our ** refrigerator. Talked with ***** and gave her the make and model of our refrigerator. Tuesday (10/15) our fridge stopped working due to the motor failing. I picked up the ordered parts yesterday (10/16) and paid the requested amount of $124.18. Upon arriving home and trying to install the replacement parts it was found that the replacement parts were incorrect and did not work with our refridgerator. Since it was after business hours my husband waited to call ***** until this morning (10/17). ***** proceeded to be rude on the phone and explain that she ordered the correct parts and that there was nothing that they could do. The manager then called my husband and was also rude and proceeded to say that there was nothing else and that their supplier (Sunberg's) doesn't have the correct motor in stock and that we were unable to return the parts that we purchased even though they were incorrect and hung up in the middle of the conversation. My husband called Sunberg's in Omaha and they do in fact have the correct part and they have 9 in stock, so now we are having to go without a refrigerator for another 2 days until we can get the correct part! We have a 3 year old son at home so not having a refrigerator is not convenient at all! We are very disappointed in the way we were treated by ***** and the manager at Nebraska Appliance Center. Not once when we placed the order or paid for the order were we ever told that all sales are final and no refunds would be given if they are not the correct parts! All we are asking is for a refund and to move on!

    Most of the statements made on the letter were incorrect, and we have multiple signs hung at the service counter that states electrical parts are not returnable. We did however issue a refund to the customer back on October 23.
