    Rented an rv parking spot for the 28th of march upon arrival the spot was already filled with another rv manger said my spot was for the 31 st and that he's sorry but my rv was too old to be allowed in the park he said he would be refunding my money that was on the 28th of March still have not received my money back 6 hundred and twenty five dollars and 35 cents is a lot of money I need it back now to pay my rent on my new spot that I had to book on the 28th of March

     **** ********* made a reservation with us for an RV lot, she was sent via email the reservation date, time and lot number, along with our terms and conditions to agree to before arriving. In the terms and conditions it clearly states we do not except RV's that are over 10 years old, plus our standards for keeping the rented lot clean. She arrived 3 days early in the middle of the night, set her RV in a lot that was not part of the RV park. Processed to set up camp and put up a tent which we do not allow, and filled it with trash. Her RV is a very old model that we do not allow as a camper here. It was clearly stated that a refund would take 5-10 business days and in that time her money was fully refunded.
