    Incredibly sad and disturbed from my experience. I came in genuinely excited to try multiple services—despite the prices being abnormally high for our small city. Based on the few reviews and their website, I expected top-notch products, professionalism, care, and great service. Instead, I left with visible damage and irritation to my chin and neck after a cryo and facial procedure I was never properly consulted on. I specifically requested a skin consult and was never given one. The receptionist was nice but seemed disorganized, and the rn expressed her exhaustion because they were short staffed. Immediately, I knew the quality of spa I was expecting was not provided.
    What hurt the most was how I was treated by Faylene. When I reached out with real concerns, her response was cold, dismissive, and completely ungenuine. There was no accountability, no apology—just deflection. For a place meant to offer healing and care, I felt completely disregarded. I’ve had many spa experiences, and this was the most disappointing by far. It is unbelievable that a new customer can be treated with such neglect after paying almost $1k for services/tips. I would never recommend this business to anyone seeking respectful, knowledgeable, and appropriately priced safe treatments.
    Update: After several weeks, my neck and chin are permanently damaged from Cryotherapy, which includes stretched skin and discoloration. Faylene must not care about gaining new customers bc she certainly did not represent herself as someone who genuinely cares about your treatment - or us selective about who she caters. Unbelievablely disheartening. I would not recommend new customers.

    At Skinside Out we care deeply for our clients. Per our protocol, if our clients are
    unhappy with the service they received, we ALWAYS ask them to come back in. This
    allows us to physically see what the client is unhappy about so we can work together
    towards a resolution of the situation as well as use it as an educational tool with our
    staff. It is hard to reach a resolution via email, text, phone calls and expectations are
    different for each client. Unfortunately, we did not get the opportunity to work towards a
    resolution with this client.
