    Constantly oversell their inventory and have nothing to say about it except that your order is cancelled. I’ve had this happen with multiple orders now. The most recent was for a coffee table and storage cabinet we purchased. They tell you they’ve received your order and then 24 hours later you just get an email saying it was cancelled, with no explanation as to what happened. This is not a way to run a business.

    We do apologize for the inconvenience that this has caused. I have been in communication with our online shopping team to address these and other concerns raised by customers regarding issues and problems with the site. As I currently oversee retail stores on Offutt AFB and have no authority over the online shopping site, I can only refer these complaints to the proper people. I am able to fulfill some orders directly, if my stores have the items in stock. I will need an order number to be able to bring up this particular customer order so that I can review the items and determine if we can help directly. I do feel that these complaints are being routed to my office in error, and that the BBB should be routing these complaints to our Headquarters office that oversees the online shopping site.
