    If I could rate this company negative 1000 stars, I would. I wish I'd checked the BBB prior to spending my hard-earned $, but I guess their incessant marketing and DMing me for my business via IG took precedence. I received a product from them that isn't even good enough for a trash can. It is not what they advertised or what I ordered, and they would not hear me on replacing it. Instead, they accused me - their customer - of attempting to take advantage of them. No... I just what wtf I paid for. Aside from their terrible work, communication and follow-thru are seriously lacking. If you can't deal with unanswered emails and calls, and incomplete responses that leave you confused and frustrated, do notttt even think about patronizing this business. Terrible experience overall.

    I paid 230 for a custom 3-D print. I have nothing against the time but it was the issue of price 230 seems to be quite high for a print that had no color. Just a solid base. The figurine was completely perfect with no blemishes or extra filament the only issue that I Had was with the initial price and then asking for extra for the colors seems to be a little highway robbery. If the prices were lower, I would definitely want to order a second and or third.

    Timely, honest, I will be ordering again. The other reviews here do not match my experience whatsoever. Maybe in the past the business was not doing well, that being said it seems to have turned around.

    Purchased two 3D prints , continued excuses as mentioned Pablo A. They will not respond. I have to contact my Credit Card to get my money returned since they will not send my prints or respond. Dishonest ZIg is a Dishonest business.

    I placed my order on March 20, 2024; on April 19, 2024, I had it and canceled it. I paid $300 through Affirm for a 9-inch print. I received the email confirming my payment, followed by a mock print to approve before it was sent for printing; on March 22, they sent me an email saying that it would be printed and shipped to me. From then to April, I tried to contact them through emails, Instagram, and the messenger on their website; I received no answer, total silence. On April 8, I contacted them using Instagram and was told that my order was under cleaning and would be shipped to me that week. On Wednesday, April 17, I asked again how long it would take, and I was told that my order was a complex design, which was why it was taking more time than anticipated. I replied, "What do you mean? Your last message said it was being cleaned and would be shipped that week," so I decided to cancel the order and asked for a refund to Affirm; the person I was talking to said Okay and to send an email with my request, so I did. Then I received an email saying that my order was printed and was being cleaned and will be shipped next week...again! To top it all off, I received an email today, Sunday, April 21, saying the person in charge of shipping and handling had a medical emergency and had to leave for a few days, and he will be back NEXT WEEK!! and to take that into consideration because the print is custom-made and cannot be re-sale. The people working in this company are unprofessional liars and would try to make you feel bad about yourself so they don't have to return the money paid for a job they never did.

    We would not recommend Zig Studio 3D to anyone who has a project that requires a high level of detail with knowledge of human anatomy. We started a project with Zig Studio 3D, and though their turnaround time was great to deliver a draft of the first 3D model, they only accept revisions via email and offered no other alternatives to review the drafts. At this point we felt duped, because the expectations are not communicated at all at any point of the process. They refused to give us any portion of our money back due to their incredibly vague return policy. Their services may work for simple, cartoonish projects, but we had very unsatisfactory experience and were not even offered a partial refund of our project. So if you're going to draft a 3D Model project for printing and reproduction with Zig Studio 3D, I be ready to receive sub-par support to fulfill the project. Expect take several hours on each project drafting revisions and have them go two steps forward and three steps back, because they are not willing to meet you in the middle when you request live support or speaking directly with their staff.

    I mistakenly thought i would get the same quality of product displayed on the Zig 3d Studio website. I sent them an stl file, of which i had 3d printed by other individuals with no issues. I asked for them to send me pictures of the printed model before it was shipped so i could confirm it was done correctly. They did not. They mailed it anyway. It was received not cleaned properly, like the ones on their site, and cracked in multiple places. I sent pictures of what i received and asked for a reprint, and to supply photos of the printed model before shipping again. They said the stl file would have to be recreated because my original file was built incorrectly. I was then sent pictures of the 2nd file, what looked to be a cartoon figure instead of what i suppled. I voiced my concern as to why would you send me something that looks nothing like my file. They recreated the file again and sent me pictures of the file not the print and mailed it again. The 2nd model had part of the design missing. I sent the proof to show what i supplied and what they sent. I was told another ticket would be created for them to reprint. I have been given the runaround for 3 months. I requested an explanation which they have yet to answer. They repeatedly say a ticket will be recreated. The 3rd model made was of course wrong as well and they did not send pics beforehand as requested. I have paid $326 for one print and have nothing to show for it. There has been no offer of a refund. They keep saying we will recreate a ticket to reprint. Since April 10, 2022, I have been back and forth with this company. All prints they made are wrong and of no use. Their customer service is atrocious. I compromised and requested a 50% refund and they refuse to do even that. Save yourself the trouble and don't waste your time with this unprofessional business that does not care about quality or doing what is fair for the customer.
