    This has to be the worst experience I have ever been through with any business transaction. From the start I worked with Adrian and he was pleasant and had one thing he could not finish for me in person so he said he would take care of it the following day. From that point on I never heard from him. After 5 weeks of me calling and being told that Adrian had contracted COVID and never once getting a single phone call back I went in person and asked to be helped as I was not getting anywhere. The person at the front had told me right in front of the owner that Adrian was in a meeting so I asked to be helped by someone else. The owner John then sat me down to take care of my return not being filed in this entire 5 weeks. He then preceded to inform me that Adrian actually up and quit and stopped showing up. So for the entire 5 weeks and then in person I was lied to by this place waiting for a phone call that would never come. So after John supposedly filed my returns I then waited again. 4 weeks have gone by and with my previous experiences I did not trust that it was done so I called the IRS and Nebraska revenue and low and behold after 4 weeks neither show a filed return. As of today I have now done it myself with the IRS personally and the state. I would never recommend this place to anyone as they cannot follow up on a single phone call and will lie straight to your face. If I did not feel so defeated and mentally done with this nightmare at this point I would go and ask for my ***.00 back that they were of course very prompt in collecting but I simply want to be done with it and this place. Nothing but unprofessional and disorganized.

    John G**** has prepared our taxes for more than a few years now. He is very careful and efficient. I appreciate his knowledge as well as his pleasant demeanor. I highly recommend Midwest Accounting.
