We used them for vent cleaning. I wasn't home when they did the job. When I got home I walked around my house and noticed most of the ceiling vents were installed crooked and return vents were upside down. That's not even the problem. We didn't notice the problem for a couple of days. We just got finished building my wife's office that is directly below the laundry room. She was working a few days ago and heard water running down behind the drywall. I go and check the water valves on the washing machine and dryer. The washers were fine. The dryer's was loose and leaking and the dryer vent wasn't connected to the wall vent at all. All that condensation built up. I properly connected both the vent and water line. Thought everything was ok. The atmosphere in our house kept feeling awful. Everyone noticed it. I also noticed that every time we used our brand new washing machine, the display on it was fogged over now and dripping water out of it and the king was so over the laundry room and and the clothes inside the dryer. Plus, now that we were washing clothes daily again the water built up really bad in the dryer vent exhaust pipe and started leaking down in to my wife's office again. Don't forget, brand new wood, drywall, drywall insulation, ceiling insulation, carpet, carpet padding, paint, etc. I called a repairman because I thought it was still a problem with the dryer. He took it apart and said the dryer is running just fine. The problem was the dryer vent was clogged. He said completely clogged. Nothing is getting through at all. All that water and lint and heat is coming directly back into the house. Hence, awful atmosphere. The heating coil and display are pretty much ruined. Don't forget this is a brand new top of the line commercial grade dryer that cost me a lot of money. Now, they won't even return my calls, and the number they have listed on the receipt isn't even theirs! Wonder how they are going to feel when I show up at their office? I have no problem g
