I reached out to this company to discuss purchasing a replacement key fob for our suv. The website advertises customer service contact via both a phone number and using email. I have tried to reach someone using the customer service number several times and the only option is to listen to a recorded message asking me to leave an email. I did email and requested that someone call me to help answer some questions. They say only email is an option, even though their website offers a phone number. Is this a scam?

    Hello,
I apologize! We recently went strictly email. There was a transition period in there. So I do apologize that you couldn't get through. We have been in business for over 13 years. Thank you!

Don't waste your time or money. My purchase required professional programming and they were unsuccessful. They said it was defective. Had to pay $85.00 unrefundable fee for nothing. I called them and their response was, no, you have to take it to a LOCKSMITH. The locksmith says ALL they on-line fobs are JUNK and I'd only be paying another unrefundable programming fee for NOTHING. So now I have to start from scratch from a dealer, or locksmith, to program their OWN private label key fob, that is guaranteed to work. I learned my expensive lesson. I hope it saves someone else time and expense.

    Hello,
I was in the process of offering you a refund when the call was unexpectedly disconnected. I'm sorry we weren’t able to complete our discussion. I’d be happy to assist you with the return of the remote. Unfortunately, we do not pay for programming costs. Would you like me to email you a prepaid shipping label?

No, I was told to take your remote to a professional accredited locksmith. I fully understood it required programming. If a locksmith was required to do it you should've noted that in shipment directions. I took it to a "Batteries Plus" and for a non refundable $85.00 programming fee I was told the fob was defective. My issue is how many more non refundable programming fees are in my future. I now regret buying this fob and wish I'd never went online looking for it. For all I know you are a scam company selling scam parts. Very upset about this.

I bought a remote for my 2018 Toyota Prius Prime. Shipping was fast - no problem with that part. I took the key to my locksmith, who spent an hour and a half using three different programming tools, only to identify that the key was already "Learned" to another Prime, and so couldn't be attached to my car. $95 down the drain for the programming fee, for no key!
I asked for an exchange of keys, assuming that it was a fluke by the business. The support was helpful, and I received the replacement key quickly. However, THAT key had also already been "Learned"! I was sent TWO faulty keys!
It is apparent that quality control is lacking at Keyless Entry, at least for Prius Prime keys. I'm extremely disappointed with my experience.

I purchased a keyless remote for my Lexus from this company and they did not clear it from the previous owner. I did not know this and called a locksmith to reprogram it for my car and he told me that he could not do it as it was faulty and still has the old owners programming on it. They sold me a faulty product. I paid $44 for a trip fee that I would not have incurred if they sent me the right product. I called customer service and they refused to reimburse me for this cost even though it was their fault that I incurred this cost. They claim to be an outstanding company but you need to take ownership when you sell a faulty product.

    TOTAL SCAM
-Sent me a used FOB instead of a new FOB like I ordered
-Instructions for programming lead to a website that doesn't give instructions or allow you to plug in vehicle info
-Since it was used, it was unprogrammable, even by the dealer

    Hello,
We do sell used OEM remotes. They are not brand new. We also clear out all prior programming so it can be programmed to your vehicle. I do have you down for a refund. We emailed you the prepaid shipping label for a return on 08/25/2023. Once we receive the remote back, I will be more than happy to issue you a full refund. Thank you!

I like the service I received. I purchased a FOB for my 2010 ******* Milan from Keyless Entry Remote INC. I could not get the CR2032 battery to fit correctly into the FOB. I called them and sent it back to them. They sent the Fob back the same FOB I had sent back to them with a battery installed. For $10 I had an honest locksmith cut the key portion of the FOB. Then I programed the FOG myself according to directions according to their website. It worked. I would have paid $100 to have the locksmith program it. The Dealer wanted $289 to sell me a Programmed FOG I paid about $45 total for the FOB, the key cutting and the battery. A video showing how to get the battery for my FOB to fit in the Fob would have prevented me from having to sent the FOB back. Still, I give them 5 stars
