      From the moment I walked in I felt the staff was welcoming and accommodating, I received a realistic estimate on the hail damages to my 2019 ******. What impressed me the most is they had sensible approaches to how they would fix it. Clearly giving me all options as to what they could do to repair it. The timeline for repairs was reasonable. I knew the process could take longer so I left with no unrealistic expectations concerning the completion date. I felt the staff was sincere in wanting to repair my car. I did not feel that way from a previous estimate from another company. When I picked up my ****** I was just thrilled with the results. They did a fantastic job with their extraordinary skills. Everyone that has seen my car has been extremely impressed with the work done on it. I did not have a little hail damage I had severe hail damage. They had to replace the roof and hood. I bought that car in a year ago it was in immaculate condition. I was fearful and skeptical that it would not look the same. I can honestly say it looked even better. Auto Body Concepts came recommended by my insurance company. I can not say enough about the outstanding work and service I received. I will highly recommend them to anyone needing auto body work done. Thank you Auto Body Concepts!
