      I will just point out 2 things.

      1. I told to front desk and put my information in the form that they should contact to specific phone number for updates. But they did not. The front desk never listen to what customer said.

      2. I was overcharged than I supposed to pay. I supposed to pay only deductible amount and My insurance company supposed to pay the rest. I informed this to body shop and they knew it (because they always make you to fill out the form) So my insurance sent out the check for the payment, but body shop charged me more than 3k than i supposed to pay. So I told to front desk that I should not pay this amount, but she kept telling me that they never got the check and the system tells the vehicle owner owes the whole pay.

      At the end, another guy from body shop figured it out that the check was actually received and I could get refund after that. This was most terrible experience I had because the front desk lady never listen to customer and keep insist that she is right and customer is wrong without checking the fact.

      If there is any chance I need to visit body shop to repair my car in the future, I would never visit here again.

      B Street Collision South location in Lincoln NE, they did amazing job on my vehicle Toyota Camry job very well done. Also great customer service, they going above and beyond to make sure customer is happy and satisfied. If I ever need body work on my vehicle they will be my 1st choice.

      Shop tells lies for week about car being ready. Save yourself troubles and go somewhere else. After finishing 2 days past car looked like **** and have to take it back.

      Overall great experience! Have recommended friends and family. Have had vehicle fixed elsewhere and not a good experience when compared to b street collision
