Owner is super unprofessional and disrespectful. Wouldn't trust him with a toy car let alone a real one.
My car was damaged at a tire place, they use paint crafters as their body shop so my car was taken there to get fixed. Have zero issue with the work paint crafters did on the driver's side, however there was damage on the passenger side (not a ton but some) that wasn't fixed. Don't know who evaluated the damage and approved what but honestly don't care. Damage wasn't there when I took it into the tire shop and was there after I got it back. The keyless lock and unlock was also not working on the drivera side. Not a problem, I figured it was just a minor quick fix, electronics can be temperamental.
Brought it back to paint crafters so they could look at it again and fix the lock/unlock feature. Owner greeted me nicely but the moment I showed the damage to the car (also not blaming him, his work, or the company, he didn't damage it that I know of) he completely freaked out, started yelling, being belligerent. Said theres no way the damage is from the tire shop, he saw the inside of my car and I can't expect him to believe the outside was in pristine condition, they washed it and it hadn't been washed in a year so how can I even know if there was damage. Demanded my keys after getting in the driver's seat to take it back to fix the lock feature (which still doesn't work) pulled it out with the tires squealing the entire time, sped up fast just to slam on the breaks (once again squealing the tires) when he got to the garage door that was maybe 100ft away. Didn't blame him for anything not exactly why he took such offense to the issues unless the damage is actually from them and he knows it.
I have 4 kids and drive about 60k miles per year. We practically live in the car so yes, lots of fast food wrappers, toys, shoes, and clothes. Trash gets cleaned out every couple weeks and it gets washed a few times per month. The owner was completely out of line.

If any one one wants to bother reading further, I was warned by the tire company you were going to ask for things that were no one's responsibility but yours. The trash in your car was at seat level. That is reality to me. I can't count on any thing you know about your car except that you want some one else to take care of it. That person is not me. Thank you Russ
