      On June 10, I called them or they made an appointment for me and I took my truck in to get fixed. I was expecting to have it. I had another appointment on ********* ********* but the day we’re gonna get me in sooner. Then then any other place that I called so my expectations where I was supposed to have my truck fixed take a good time but it would get done faster than any place else. They explained that you know that might take some time so I canceled my hair appointment I canceled my cats veterinary appointment and then first week starting June 10 OK the next week I think finally I called to check on my truck and decided to rent a car because there was things that I needed to do. I did get my appointment made OK but never heard from them never heard from them. I’m like I wanna get my bill from you guys so I can get it out-of-the-way , because other things would they explained me that they didn’t have a bill for me. Basically, my truck has been there for two weeks. Nothing being done. OK and I was going to pick my truck up the very next day. I was waiting for my friend to get off work when they finally got back to me with the bill was gonna cost me for the things I wanted done is $2500, I told my friend never mind fix my truck now. OK on Monday the fourth for the Fourth of July they told me that they couldn’t fix my back up camera. They thought it would be best to get a whole new system so that’s what I did. In the meantime I got my truck. I had brakes before my brakes. Finally pumped up Little. and I told him I was getting a car stereo dropping it back off. In the meantime I’m running like still did not work now. The main reason I dropped it off to begin with they charged me $25. I paid fine as long as my stuff is fixed, I didn’t care OK but when I drop my truck off finally did my running lights working they finally did my stereo uninstalled. They charge me $420 when I pick my truck up and I shouldn’t have been charged anything. I paid $2500 and things weren’t fix

      And I plan on going to another room or somewhere to have a mechanic look at my break job because when I pick my truck up, I had no brakes when I dropped my truck off. I had brakes OK and they finally did pump back up but they are no different from, when I dropped him off, I dropped my truck so they didn’t even touch my brakes. They just made it look like someone messed with them so they charge me for doing that they did not do.

      This customer was incredibly difficult to deal with from the first interaction.  She told the front office she was long allowed at Nissan of Omaha.  The interaction was challenging becuase she explained here brother in law was trying to kill her so that is why her brakes were bad and back up camera did not work.

      Truth of the matter is the brakes were needed because of how she drives.  She explained she brakes very hard.  The heat spots on the rotors and the wear indicative of hard or agressive braking.  The truck also had electrical issues - both in the stereo/camera system and tail lights.  It took a lot of time to locate the issue with the tail lights.  The customer was told about the issues with the stereo and that a new unit in the dash was needed becuase it did not sense the camera being plugged in.  She stated she was fine with this and understood.  She came back a week or so after the repairs screaming that we did not bleed the brakes and she had a stereo we had to install.  We explained to here that replaced brakes pads and rotors does not require bleeding of the brake system.  She was fine with this and understood the installation of the stereo and the camera.  We did the install and charged her only half the time.  It took the whole day to install.  After she paid the bill she went right to Google, BBB and her credit card company.  The credit card company already issued her a credit therefore this matter should be closed.
