On Nov 3, 2023, I had an appointment with West Omaha Auto for

an Oil Change and to check if my 2005 Toyota Camry needed a tune-up yet, being@ 120,552 mileage.

I was told my auto was still not in need of a tune-up, come back in the spring. Also, my auto did not need an oil change yet, come

back in the spring. Last oil change being 2/8/2023@ West Omaha Auto. Owner stated still full & clean oil.

I stated, well it runs kind of rough, thinking in need of oil change.

Owner of West Omaha Auto told me, "he could inject some cleaner into fuel line for $50.00" - so he did, instead.

A family member told me, I could have purchased a container of fuel injector for $5.00 some dollars and done it myself.

On Nov 3, 2023, after I paid the $50.65 for the fuel injection@ West Omaha Auto, the owner laughingly said to me, "now you can go out to dinner, for the money you saved."

I made an appointment with ****** ******** ******* for an Oil Change, for Dec 13, 2023@ **** *********** ******, having used them in the past. They did the Oil Change & Filter, telling me the Oil was dirty and needed changed. Mileage@ 120,825.

I will NEVER go back to West Center Auto for any service on my car, for lack of TRUST and the care of my Toyota Camry, that was a Mothers Day gift from my oldest son in 2005. I am 85 yrs old.

P.S. 2/8/2023@ West Center Auto for Oil Change, they charged me

$24.19 for a Cabin Filter and $37.19 Labor on Cabin Filter

I had my Mazda 2010 CX-75 towed to West Omaha Auto on 07/31/2023 to have the head gasket job done on my car. After West Omaha Auto tech diagnosed my car issues and it was going to be a bigger job. I asked if it was worth rebuilding and I was told yes by Anthony.
