    On 4-28-2023, I accepted to get a new ****** Audio system for my 2012 **** ********. Total price-$********. I paid the "mandatory" $****** Deposit, that Ray ********* at Metro Audio Dynamics said was needed to schedule the install on 5-1-2023. I received a phone call from Ray that he could get me in on 4-29 Saturday, if I wished to. He explained that there was only one "kit" that fit my vehicle, and it was popular. I paid with my bank card, and then on 4-29-2023, when I arrived, I had to pay my "first payment" for the finance company of $*****. Total finance balance was $********. 90 day Same As Cash, or $******** if paid over a ** month period. I learned, after reviewing the paperwork, that the $**. was actually for what they called "Shop Supplies" on the invoice. On 5-4-2023, the unit went BLACK, and nothing worked. When I drove to the Audio shop, I was told by Ray that he was short handed, and would get to me on Friday the 5th. This NEW ****** lasted 6 days before being nothing but worthless plastic. When I tried to simply ask for my money back, return their equipment, and to get my old equipment put back into the vehicle, they kept me at the shop for over an hour, arguing with me, that the "Unit" has NEVER failed, and I was being unreasonable to even ask for a cancellation. I agreed to let them look at the problem, and 15 minutes later, they grabbed another ****** stereo off the shelf, and quietly tried to go about replacing it. I caught this action, and when I asked them what the problem was, they told me the unit was defective. Again, I demanded they give me my money back, and return my equipment. Their answer was that I needed to pay $***** plus to pay for labor to put it all back. I have the invoices, and product material to share. End result- I got my old unit put back, but my $****** paid, was kept by Metro Audio Dynamics. The lease was cancelled.

    Hello! I'm filing a complaint on this Company Metro Audio Dynamic, because I took my Truck in on October 21, 2022 at 10:00 am and I went in Talk to the guy Ray, I told him my Navigation system was not working in my SUV. The Guy Ray said they could fix/my Navigation system and he had the Best Repair guy, told me that they was only go charge ****** and if his repair guy go over 2 hours, they will only charge ****** dollars and Metro Audio Dynamic lie to me, I left my car with this place on October 21, 2022, I called on Friday and said did the part come in for my Truck at around 4:00 pm, The Guy Ray said part will not be in until Monday October 24, I said I will come and get my Vehicle, bring it back on October 24 and the Guy Ray said the part for Navigation system will be in Monday, because we already took your Truck navigation system out. Metro Audio Dynamic had my Truck for five days, on Wednesday October 26, 2022 They Guy Ray that work at Metro Audio Dynamic said they could not fix my Navigation system and over charged ******, dollars, This Place did not fix my Navigation system, they ripped me off and lie to, I want my money back. I'm tell customer do not go to this place because they cheat you and lie to you about saying they can fix any navigation system are stereo, to get money from you.

    Good afternoon,

    To whom it may concern. Unfortunately this dispute is as we feel in error due to the fact that the manufacturer of the component in question has proprietary software that prevents any aftermarket application from working which is illegal under the right to repair act. This was relayed to the client and after our aftermarket work was discounted from 20hrs of actual work on the vehicle to being billed only 4.75 hrs for the time that was spent only on the 1st day of service.

    The installation guide which was given to the client (180) pages in total was executed to the letter. However upon completion our team discovered a flaw that only the original manufacturer can address.

    Good morning! I do not agree with this company response, because they are lying and charge me $ ****** dollars and they did not fix my navigation, in my truck. They let my vehicle sit in they place for 5 days and over charge me, need refund *** * ******* **** **** **** ***** ******** ***
