  Re Bath completed a shower remodel for us. We converted a stand alone shower that was approximately 3’ to a 5’ walk in shower. They removed our old shower & closet & installed a new one. They installed new flooring along with some electrical work.
  
  Very happy with the communication, dependability & professionalism shown by the installers.

  Mike was our designer, he helped us walk thru the choices. Rebath was very responsive and got our remodel done quickly. Everyone was nice. I would recommend Rebath to anyone needing a shower remodel.

  I had a great experience with Julie, my designer. I actually had her out a year before and she had all of my choices saved so it made so much easier to design the bathroom. I can't wait to see it completed. I would highly recommend Rebath to anyone!

  We were very happy and pleased with the outcome of our bathroom Remodel. We love it! The entire process was amazing from start from finish.   Rebath replaced our shower less than four years ago. That part went fine. Recently the spout began to leak water when the shower head was in use. They came out and spent less than 10 minutes on the fix, and ever since the faucet now drips. Now they are saying the **** cartridge is probably bad. It would be $100 for them to come out again to look when the charge was just previously $59. We've had **** hardware in our other showers for over 14 years and have never had an issue. One repair gets made to this shower, and now that part is bad!?
  The appearance and initial performance of this shower is fine if you should choose to go with them. Be careful of what you expect for follow up service down the road. It's fine, we just expected more when paying over $7000 for this project.

  The management and designer sold us a bill of goods. They did not do a total remodel because they took off the trim and did not tell us they would be putting it back on after the job was finished. No mention of this was in their contract. I feel they used our inexperience of never having done a project like this to their advantage. When we contacted them they would have gladly painted over it at an additional cost. To appease us they sent a gift card to go out to dinner. They failed to put enough postage on the envelope so we had to go to the post office and pay for the postage. They seem to use good contractors but I would NEVER recommend this company. Extremely overpriced for the finished product.

  I needed to replace the tub with a walk-in shower for safety reasons for a family member who is on oxygen. The design consultant came over and gave a good sales pitch and assured me that they could have it done in 6-8 weeks. Fast forward 7.5 weeks I had to call him to get an update and all he could say is that it was still within the 8-10 week window a few hours later he called me back and confirmed that we agreed on 6-8 weeks. There were a few more calls since they were having problems getting the correct base. At 9.5 weeks they finally scheduled the install. When they came back the second day for the actual install, they informed me that the door was not in yet and they would be putting up a shower curtain. I called the salesperson immediately and he was unaware of the situation and said he would check into it and get back with me. he never called I left 2 messages a week apart. So, I called the main office, and they informed me that he had been on vacation and just returned. He called me an hour later and said "I was not aware that the shower door was still and issue", I had left him two messages. He said he would get back to me first thing the next morning but didn't call until 9 PM the next day. I had had enough and called the main office to talk to the GM but was redirected to a Salesperson instead. I let her know ever everything that had gone on and how disappointed and frustrated I was and all I got was excuse after excuse and an apology. the door was finally installed a few days later but there were issues, the guy had to run to the store to get parts to make the door fit correctly and he was unable to put a handle on inside of the mail door going in and out of the shower because it would hit the glass of the other door and only way to close it is to use the little indent where the handle for the outside is attached, so much for custom ordering. Not once did anyone even consider any kind of compensation for my troubles during the process. never again!!

  If they were really that interested or concerned about my situation and concerns, they would have called me directly. I called Re-Bath Omaha many times during the process and voiced my concerns. I had even asked to speak to the General Manager and was instead redirected to a salesperson. I still can't believe I had to pay full price ($13295) for just a basic tub to shower conversion after having so many issues and delays. Extremely poor customer service!!!
