I scheduled two Zero Gravity pedicures at Minabella Beauty Resort for today, May 16th 2025. Unfortunately both my mom and I did not receive a majority of the service(there’s a whole video on TikTok of all it entails along with their website) but were expected to pay for the entire service. We were offered no apology nor did anyone do anything try to make the situation right and were denied a manager to speak to by the front desk staff. I am a cosmetologist myself and the most basic pedicure at my salon costs way less and you get far more than what we received for this “luxurious” $70 service. There were 5 steps that neither of us received and it is extremely misleading and unprofessional to advertise something you’re not actually giving paying clients. What it actually is, is fraud. We read one terrible review about this specific service and many other poor ones about services and the salon in general but didn’t let that sway us from trying a service that looked amazing-but clearly there is a problem here. I will attach a photo of the receipt. Today is my birthday and my mom paid for those pedicures as a gift for me. Beyond disappointed, especially as someone who does hair and nails.

Hello, there was not a manager on site in that moment. Someone gave you a call within a three hours and gave a full refund of services. There was many apologies at the front desk at check out and it was explained that someone would be in contact shortly about you being unhappy. There was absolutely no grace period to allow someone to call to resolve this.

On 5/12/2023 I went to Minabella for a pedicure. I had an appointment at 3:00Pm with my a friend of mine.
At first the young lady doing my pedicure asked if I wanted my toes “just filed” or cut.. I paid for a full package service saying that my nails were going to be cut and filed. Why would I only have half of the service done?
Then she had my toes in Luke warm water, they became wrinkly and uncomfortable. I asked for hotter water she ignored me. Right after the young lady was done doing my toes with normal polish, another older women came up and starting pushing my arm to make me get out of the chair. Then told me I had to get paid after I told her my toes were just done.

I explained to the front desk what happened and how my toes were still wet and they did NOT apologize. All they said was “she does not speak good English” I can understand a language barrier. However, being shoved after a service is not what I had in mind for a “relaxing” time. I had to pay $***** for a pedicure that was NOT dry. Then my toes were ruined my the toe spacers they put in between your toes. I went back to the front desk and asked for a refund or to speak to a manager. I was taken as if the situation did not matter. She took my name and number and said someone would call me. I asked for a managers name or number and she refused and asked me to leave.

We are sorry you are unsatisfied with your service. Many of our techs ask if they just want their toes filed as many people do not like their toe nails cut. It was a question to ensure you wanted a cut and file. Once pedicures are done, we do move people over to the drying stations to dry if we need the chairs for the following hour. Our nail tech was simply trying to show you were the drying station was. We did review camera footage were we did not see any sort of pushing or shoving as you are stating.
