    On Feb 11, 2025, we contracted with **** of Bellevue Cabinets. We shared inspiration photos and he drew a sketch that matched our needs. **** told us he would be finished in 3.5-4 weeks. The following day, we finalized plans and paid 50% ($2,379.75). We also told **** we wanted the cabinetry painted prior to install and chose a preferred painter, ****. **** stated he would communicate with **** directly to be sure the cabinetry was painted prior to install. On 3/12, I began reaching out to **** asking for an update on our build since we reached the 4 weeks he stated it would take. **** replied and stated he was falling behind but hoped he have the product by next week. After many calls and texts, **** communicated again with us on 3/31. On that date, he reported he hurt his back and would call us later for an updated timeline; that phone call never came. Our next communication was on 4/3 where **** reported he needed 2-3 more days then is ready for install. On 4/14, **** reported it will be finished this week. I asked **** if he communicated with **** (painter) and he said he would get with him that day. On 4/30, we texted **** stating we needed the project finished by end of May. **** did not reply. The next time we spoke was 5/8 when he told me it would again be finished by next week. On 5/19, he again said "we're getting very close". On 5/28, **** delivered 4 pieces of the build: 2 single shelves, the keyboard drawer and the top center piece. None of the product was painted and the floating shelves were not the correct wood. While in person, **** reported he would be back the next 2 days to finish. **** never returned, and never responded to any calls or texts. On 5/31, I informed **** we are no longer interested in contracting with Bellevue Cabinets. We have not yet heard back regarding our full refund.
