      In December of last year, we pre paid for the installation and cost of a remote start. We then were informed the gift we were going to get the person was useless as they already had a remote start. We promptly informed the store and were issued a refund via a gift card even though we requested a cash refund. We were told by manager ******* that if we couldn’t find anything we could exchange the gift card for cash. After trying for months and possibly using it for a Christmas present for someone else this year and not finding anything we informed the business and spoke to ******* who said that we were lying and he didn’t say that, and that they would not refund the original amount. The card still has not been used at all. He even laughed when he said the owner of the company is an attorney and that it’s their store policy that they don’t offer refunds. He didn’t care what Nebraska state law says about unfair business practice. That if I actually have an attorney he can contact the owner personally.

      He also claimed they had no interest invoice under the name it was bought in, and then later says we would’ve signed something that says the return policy. When I questioned if he could provide that since he said they have no invoice he changed the subject.

      This is the next step my lawyer said to take before pursuing things further.

      On August 5th 2023 I set an appointment foe 2 weeks later at 9 am for some tinting for my cart windows. One window. When I was told that I had to leave my car there all day I cancelled. The person there told me they would reimburse my credit card. They didn't I called back after checking with my bank and was told it may take a couple weeks. My bank said point of sale fund returns should show up almost immediately. Where's my $224.70?

      Contacted **** card and started a "Stop Payment" Representative stated it doesn't take 7-10 days to refund money.
