    I signed up for the penny membership in Aug 2023. Agreed to the membership I was told it would cost $20.99, was charged almost $27. On Sept 3rd, 2023 got a car wash and terminated the membership and still was charged. On the site, it says owner and said it takes 3 to 5 business days for a refund which never happened. I won't do that again. I just want my money back. It takes 2 to 3 washes to wash my car and my hood protector always comes undone after the wash.
    I had bugs splattered on my windshield and that never came off after the wash. I sprayed the spray that suppose to make your car smell good. I am better off buying a generic car fragrance for a smell rather than no smell. Being that I signed up later in the month of Aug. Luckily I had money in my account when I got charged on Sept 3rd, 2023. The money that was taken was gas money. I couldn't go to work because I had no gas. The guy who told me about the membership didn't even know when the transaction would hit my account. He was just more eager for me to sign up. I made a complaint 2 weeks ago and still no results.

    I was sold a "special" monthly unlimited wash for $21.39 which had to be put on a credit card. When I received my next month's credit card statement, there was a new charge of $44.93. Evidentally, the lady failed to tell me that this was a introductory offer for a MONTHLY subscription. Had I known, I would never have agreed to the "special" offer. Since then, I have heard of others with the same experience so consumers BEWARE!! This is a scam. How foolish when on every corner you can find a car wash these days. You can bet I won't return to Russells.

    The employees at the car wash are very friendly and nice. They make sure they always smile at the customers and greet them in a positive manner. Tish
