      On Friday May 16th I went though the car wash before work at 11400 S 72nd st in Papillion . Saturday night a friend pointed out the Corner of the bumper was coming off and under my tire. On Sunday morning I filed a claim with the location at 6003 center st in Omaha near my house, They told me they would forward this to the correct people. A week passed, nothing. So I stopped at the 72nd location on my way to work on the 27th. The owner was nice and said he would look into it however they don't keeps camera footage for more than 8 days, He took my # and said he would call me in a few days. In the mean time a huge storm rolled though and due to the missing part a giant puddle of water torn the undercarriage of my car off. The next I went to the car wash again to talk to him, he stated that because I filed it too late it would not be covered. I got upset because my undercarriage was now destroyed. he said he would try to file it and let me know in a few days. a week later now call, I stopped by again and another excuse as to why it would be denied. The next week my boyfriend and I talked to the assistant manager he said he would let him know to call me asap. Another week went by no call. I have been following up with him week after week he's now saying that a minor scratch would cause the part to break off. The part that really upsets me was there was no communication or follow up from this owner and every reason why the claim would be denied.

      Hello,

      The General Manager of the site has had contact with the customer and she told him that she had damaged her car 3 months earlier.  He told her that this initial damage could cause more damage to her car when going through the car wash.  He did tell her because of this, we could not be held responsible for the damages.

      I signed up for the Russell speeders membership and cancelled. I have requested on numerous occasions for them to refund me my money 44.24 for the month of May they have not refunded me. The phone number I have attempted to call several times will not go through.

      I went for a 1-time wash, they ended up signing me up for a membership without asking me. I originally thought they gave me a membership for a “free trail” but when i called and asked a friend they said I had been tricked into a membership unknowingly. I went back to tell them and they said it will be taken care of, i went online to see if it got canceled and turns out they didn’t even cancel it.
      This is FRAUD!!!!
      Ive tried calling customer support but I never get an answer from a live person.

      I emailed ***** to explain the promotion, that he was charged the price of his single wash.  He was signed up for a membership, but that has been cancelled, so he was not charged anything extra, just his single wash.

      I have reached out to the business according to their explicitly specified information, over the course of three weeks, and have not heard back.

      I initiated a membership with Russell Speeder's on 1/2/2024. The attendant informed me that it would be 19.99 for the first month, and the price would increase thereafter each month. I immediately texted Russell Speeders, as I have at least 5 times before, to cancel. I never heard back.

      I was charged twice on 1/1/2024. One charge for 26.74, and a separate charge for 42.79. I have absolutely no idea what the second charge could have been.

      I was charged again 2/2/2024. Again twice. This time for even more- 32.09 and 42.79.

      Immediately upon realizing this I went to the car was to inquire. This was on or about 2/15/2024. I was told they are not able to do anything related to billing (obviously false since they can initiate the billing) and that I would have to fill out the online form. I was also informed that their number had changed (and was not made aware of this at the time of purchase despite reactivating an existing account). I immediately did so.

      I again filled out the form about a week later, on or about 2/22/2024.

      I again filled out the form today, 3/1/2024. I have heard absolutely nothing from the business, and I imagine that they will charge me again tomorrow.

      I would like a complete refund. Of course, I would like much more than this as they have fraudulently charged me in excess of $100, but I would settle for a complete refund.

      After messaging Russell Speeder’s again to let them know I have filed, they called me. They completely refunded me and more than alleviated my concerns. I could not be happier with their response but do maintain they should be much easier to contact.

      My windshield cracked after going through the car wash almost a year ago. I immediately brought this to the staff's attention. Before entering the wash, I asked to speak to Devin on the new customer side. I was told he could talk to me after my wash as he finished something. My windshield wasn't cracked before entering the wash, so I asked if they could check the cameras since my car was sitting, waiting, directly in front of a camera before going through the line. Several weeks passed, and I asked for an update. Devin informed me that corporate had to review the cameras and it could take a while (he shared this the same day I reported it); I explained a couple of months had passed and I needed an update. A week later, he asked me to file a report so they had it on file. I was reluctant because he said he would make the report when I initially reported it. Fast forward, the **** ***** Car Wash has since changed names, and nearly a year later, I am still waiting to hear back from someone. Last Fall, I repaired my screen to avoid entering Winter with a cracked windshield, potentially making it worse. February 12, 2023, I spoke with a different location, which prompted Devin to follow up with me, asking for a receipt including the name of the repair company. I provided that- I am still waiting for a response from Devin. Today, March 30, 2023, I followed up again. It cost me over $****** to repair my windshield after **** ***** promised to fix it after confirming the damage did happen there. This incident happened May 9, 2022.

      I have reached out to Precious on this matter, We have the report and the PO filed for the incident, just waiting for the check to be sent. The company has had a lot of changes over the past year including our PO system, but we will be getting everything taken care of.
