    I purchased a grill that wasn’t working on day one. I filed a complaint with their customer service and diagnosed that my grill had a faulty temperature controller. However the controller is out of stock. I called back week after week to hear that they have no clue when they will have it in stock. It’s been almost 3 months now. They won’t refund my purchase or take the grill back and give me a new one. Not sure what else I can do?

    At this time I’m going to give Oklahoma Joe’s grill/smoker 3 stars to give them a chance to respond. A 30 year customer of ************ until my last purchase last year. The Gravity series 560 needs a lot of tweaking, it was a total nightmare. That grill was expensive to and I ended up giving it away to one of my guys at work. However, that’s not what this complaints about. I decided to go with Oklahoma Joe’s grills and purchases the Highland Offset smoker/grill. I’ve used it once and you can see from the pics, the paint started peeling and I had enough charcoal in it to cook two hamburgers. This happened the same day I bought it on Saturday 2-23-25. People were complaining about this and about ****** not putting it together correctly. This also was a problem, I found several bolts loose throughout the entire grill. This is how companies lose customers. Before I give it a real rating, I want to see if they make an attempt to make it right, if not, I’ll do a real review next week. I don’t like giving negative reviews but times have changed and it’s time to watch out for the working man and thank God for places like BBB.

    I placed an order on January 13, 2024. Order number

    I never received a confirmation number email. Was told they do not provide their customers one.

    I reached out on January 22 because Charbroil took my money and was to be fulfilled by Oklahoma Joes. Upon my call, I was told these were out of stock and on order. I was told if I had not received a FedEx tracking number by February 6, to reach back out.

    I received a case number Case *******, via email on January 21 I had a case #, then immediately received another saying the case was closed.

    So I reached out February 8 and was told they were in stock and didn’t know why they had not been shipped and would contact the warehouse and reach out to update me.

    Here it is February 11, and I have heard NOTHING!

    I want my order or if they are unable to fulfill my order, I want my money back.

    The photos attached are from my first contact. I was so mad at my second I didn’t screenshot the conversation.

    I’ve now had two requests for a review. I did the second one with a very negative review. (My right, how can I review something I’ve never received?
