      During a new roof installation our driveway was crushed and needed repair. We were working with the insurance company of the roofing company, so there was flexibility in completing the job as far as cost of repair. We called the Driveway Company due to constant advertising and ok reviews. However, this experience has had beyond a frustrating outcome. Our driveway is no longer uniform. The company took an oblong approach to creating 2 seams on one slat, then took a triangular cut into a slat that should not have been touched. This created yet another new seam. Nobody told us what/why things were happening along the way. There was no communication to explain why our driveway now looks like a patchwork quilt put together by a kindergartener. Again, this was being fixed due to a company ruining our driveway and we HAD FUNDS FROM AN INSURANCE COMPANY. All we needed was communication so we could contact the insurance company for approval, so the job could be completed correctly. Our roofer was out to see the "finished project" and said he had never seen anything like what we have had done. He was shocked that a "reputable" would complete such awful work. The driveway concrete was poured sloppy, includes staining, has added seams, and shows a flow of dried concrete heading from our driveway to the street. It has been 7 days. We had somebody come take pictures, never heard from the GM. We called again and now have somebody coming here this week. Our roofer said the job needs to be completely torn out and started again. We agree. A driveway can take up to 10% of home value. This is not what we signed up for.

      Work done in November of ‘21 to fix concrete cracks and some sealing done. Seal held less than 6 months and has cracked again. Paid them a lot of money for a few hours work. I have called four times over last year. I have been told someone would call me. No one ever has. Very poor service.

      I have contacted this company for almost a year about getting repair for their polyaspartic flooring which has 15 yr warranty. It has only been 5 years, 6 years now. Keep putting me off. Never calls back. I have to be one to keep calling. I wouldnt recommend them to anyone!
