      Poor workmanship and poor customer service, they broke my phone to the point its not usual able .
      My daughter drop her Iphone and cracked the screen a couple weeks ago. We finally decided to get it fix. Besides the phone being cracked it was working fine. When we dropped off the Iphone to iFixOmaha they said to fix it would not be a problem but and within 20 min I received a call saying that my phone could not be fix.

      I arrived to pick it up and at first I was ok with the fact that they could not fix it things happen! When my daughter went to turn on the phone it turned on and within about a minute it turned off. This was not a problem that the phone was having before. She turned it back on and the phone was getting extremely hot to the touch, so much so that it would burn our hands. When I asked about the fact that the phone was extremely hot they said the phone was defective. Which I agreed to the fact that the phone screen had a cracked and I re-explained to them the phone had no battery issues or over heating issues as we had been using it. But still they just insisted the phone is defective and they could not fix it. They offered to not charge me diag fee. Which is fine i guess but now I am out hundreds of dollars for a new phone.

      After about an hour the phone finally back to a normal temp that you could touch it. I decided to have the phone looked at by another repair shop. When I handed them the phone they said the screws in the phone were missing. And after further looking into the phone they said the screen cables were not connected correctly and missing a metal plate that holds the cables down in place. And without the missing parts and a new battery and screen the phone is dead now. But to the point I now have a phone that is not working anymore by poor workmanship and poor customer service by not admitting there mistakes and making it right. And now i will be out hundreds of dollars for a new phone.

      I had an iPhone screen replaced here. Also bought a case (per their recommendation) and payed for a screen protector. I spent $227.90 total. Less than two weeks later, my phone screen went black. I thought that they would repair it there was no damage to the case or protective screen no cracks in the phone. They claimed they did not know what caused the screen to fault and refused to cover it. I took the phone to another shop. The second shop did replace it for another $200+ and the phone still has glitches. So clearly the issue was not due to me damaging it. This shop claimed the screen could be going out because I sat on my phone ( I don’t even wear pants with pockets) or being smushed in a purse (I don’t even carry a purse) or left it in the heat??? They saw that I was a woman and starting jumping to conclusions to avoid simply re-doing the shoddy workmanship. I would never recommend or trust this company. They demanded I pay full price again for another screen. They refused to honor their warranty policy. I’m more than disappointed. What a scam. They even ignored me for a half hour. Told me the manager would speak to me and he ended up walking right past me and out of the store. The other manager that was on site reluctantly took a brief look at the phone then looked for any reason to blame me for glitches in LCD.
