    I purchased the new RGB 100W controller on November 5th of 2023. I received the package within a week. I quickly realized the the remote control didnt match the online advertisement and after watching youtube videos about the new 2023 controller that included the new improvements and bug fixes I was skeptical that I received the old 2022 controller. I then called customer service who quickly confirmed that i had received the old controller. The item number i received didnt even match what was on the order. The lady on the phone said she would simply send me the correct controller and a return slip for the wrong item to ship back. 3 weeks rolled around and its now the last week of November and I still havent received correct item. By this time im starting to get concerned. I called in again and the woman who i spoke to said that the item i ordered is out of stock and i had to wait another week. So i waited another week and called in again a week this time speaking to a man answered and i was rest assured that he would take care of this. I waited another 3 weeks days before christmas to call in again and this time a man answered again and gave me the same song and dance telling me he would resolve the issue of my order. But its now Janurary 5th and the order hasnt been resolved and no explanation has been given to me as to why. Side note, in addition to making about 6 calls to customer support, I must have used the Contact US page at least 6 times on their website. Either they were ignoring my attempts to reach out or their website is broken. I am left with the old buggy product that wasnt what was advertised.

    I simply want to receive the correct item that i purchased. I dont think that is too much to ask.
