    I was at Methodist Women’s hospital after just having a baby, I decided to hit up the vending machine 12/29/24. I had bunch of quarters, but the machine refused to take them, it just spit them out of the coin return. I had a couple dollar bills and was able to get a couple things, but wanted one last thing and all I had was a $5 bill. The machine said it accepted them, but When I attempted to make a selection it lit up the “Make another selection” button no matter which item I tried to select (I tried multiple). It showed I had a $5 credit but wouldn’t return my money. It showed that the pay by card option was not available as it said “cards offline by vendor”. I called the number on the machine while standing there to get a refund. The lady was less than helpful. She made me stand there and google the address, zip code, etc of the place I was located. She took all my information and said someone would be in contact with me. No one ever contacted me. 1/3 I reached out to someone else, who took the same information. She told me I would receive a refund in 5-7 days. 15 days later I hadn’t received a check, so I reached out to the company (3rd time) on 1/19. The lady told me the other person should have never told me 5-7 days bc that was not correct. She could see the ticket in the system and would check the status “when she got a chance and call me back by end of day.” She ended up calling me back on 1/22 and said that the owner sent out checks & I should receive it in the mail that week (we both are in Omaha, so it should have taken 2 days max). I never got the check so called again to get an update on 1/31. I spoke with the same woman who told me she will “look into it when she get a chance and call me back.” I told her it’s ridiculous that this is the 4th time I have called & that I shouldn’t have to work this hard to get my money back. 5 weeks later I still don’t have my money. As of today when I write this 2/2/24, I have yet to get a call back with an update.

    The company had a different guy reach out to me today and he claims he is going to personally drive the money over to my house today and get it to me. Thanks for your help.
