      First off I'd like to say their product is good and fair prices. But they're running a stream on *******. And there was a confusion on a purchase on my part and I think it's a glitch with ******* sight I was bidding on a product at a $50 price point when I hit the button it jumped to $64 which I was not prepared for and did not expect I immediately ask for a cancellation of the purchase due to this fact that it was not the price point I was bidding at and was denied a refund or cancellation I think this is a bad business practice, I think it lacks integrity, and creates a non-trustful buying experience, I thought customers were supposed to be valued nowadays but apparently not. I even sent a direct message to them and they didn't have the courtesy to reply to me they just sent a denial of my request to ******* and then I got a secondary message not even directly from them. Sincerely very disappointed customer.
