I brought my laptop in to get the GPU fan replaced. I called before to see about price and ask if the part I had already bought would be ok for him to just put into the laptop. Seemed nice enough, we agreed on a price. I dropped of the laptop, the charger, and the fan that I had bought. . He called about a week later to let know the part I had bought was faulty and did not work. He told me he would order a new fan and call me when it was done. He called me back a little over a week later, telling me he replaced both of the fans for the GPU, and the CPU. I went to pick up my laptop and bring it home to test it. Unfortunately, when I opened my laptop I realized that the rgb keyboard was not working properly now. 4 green lights were out, 8 lights were out and the RGB lights remained on even after they had been shut off. I called immediately. He asked me to bring it back in. When I dropped it off the second time. His father acknowledged that the keyboard lights were in perfect working condition when I dropped off the laptop. They had me leave it again so they could take a look and call me back. I received a call the next day stating they had fixed the problem and to come pick up the laptop again. I went after work that day to find that the problem was still there. Except for the light could now be turned off. He told me that just because it had broken while he was working on the laptop. He was not liable. He told me that even if he had broken them. It was up to me to prove it, and to prove he did damaged the laptop to gross negligence. He then got the the crux of the issue. That even if he had broken the laptop lights, he could not afford to eat that cost and do what is right. Furthermore, when I got home and started digging further, I found that he had downloaded benchmark software onto the computer, The GPU was stuck in power saving mode, which took my digging into the Nvdia control panel, and windows control panel to get out power saving mode. He is untrustworthy
