    Technical Recruiters of this generation need to understand that a phone call is professional courtesy and messaging someone on a career board is far from par. I have nothing against their President Roger Kipe, but the way recruiters continue to message boards instead of actual voice calls is absolutely pathetic and should not be tolerated when looking for a new career. Food for thought, if your providing a customer service then put yourself in the customer's shoes who is looking for a career instead of just gathering numbers for employer of the month!!!

    I wanted to address the concern raised by an applicant regarding their interaction with Capstone IT during a recent recruitment process for a role at a customer. We appreciate you sharing your issue, and we’d like to provide a clear account of the events to ensure transparency. The applicant applied to the job posting in May. The next day, he reached out to express strong interest in the role. That same day, we responded with targeted questions about his experience. While his resume suggested he might not be qualified, we wanted to confirm by gathering more details. He replied with his answers the next day. After careful review, we concluded his experience did not align with the scope and scale required for that position. On the same day, we messaged him to thank him for his responses, explain that his experience wasn’t the right fit for this role, and assure him I’d upload his resume to our database for future opportunities that might be a better match. Unfortunately, it seems he took offense to our response. We are sorry that he feels that way. With over 100 applicants for this posting, calling each applicant isn’t feasible; we hope he understands.
