      We strive to be a company who is easy to do business with and I would like to apologize that you are not having that experience.

      I am deeply sorry to hear that you are experiencing so much frustration with the timing of invoice delivery and payment surrounding the equipment lease billing out of Dallas, TX. We were not aware of these issues internally until this BBB complaint was submitted, please know that if we were we would have done everything in our power to find a solution for you. After reviewing this situation and this lease I have some adjustments that we can make that should resolve all of your difficulties surrounding this lease payment. I apologize that we were not able to resolve this situation sooner.

      After inquiring about this situation with our internal admin staff and lease representatives, I can confirm that the late fee assessed has already been waived. We have a few options to resolve the issues surrounding the delivery of invoices and payment terms, please reach out directly to me to discuss additional options we have in extending lead days, email invoices, ACH payments, online portal payments, and payments by phone. I understand that some of these options do not work for your business, any/all are available if one works better for you and your business' needs.

      The invoices sent from Dallas are from our financing entity, a banking partner of Capital Business Systems. Invoices sent from this location are not sent from a Capital Business Systems office by an employee of Capital Business Systems. We have a very close relationship with this financing partner and would be able to help resolve the issue any/all of the methods mentioned in the previous response including emailed invoices, ACH autopay, online portal payments, payment by phone, and/or extending lead days to allow for more time for payment to be sent.

      Invoices are sent USPS the same day they are printed, we are unable to directly impact the timeliness of the United States Postal Service.
