      This company made a mistake in filing my Federral and State tax returns. I provided the correct bank routing information but during their e-file process, they did not use the code I gave them and used an incorrect code. In addition, no one responded to my emails or phone calls up to the tax filing deadline, so I didn't know the status of my filing until after the deadline. The e-filing submission error resulted in a NC state penalty of over $300 and, penalty to be imposed for 2024 of over $100. I have exchanged emails since the end of May since I was notified by the State of the error that caused a payment to be rejected. The CPA acknowledged the error and after at least 5 email exchanges requesting reimbursement, Christopher B*** advised me they would not be refunding me the amount I paid nor the amount the State will assess for 2024 (even though they acknowledged their mistake in an email). He only gave me excuses. After the hours I spent talking to the IRS and State tax organizations, providing documentation to B*** and Associates, and emailing back and forth with the company, I would not recommend them for Tax Filing services.
