    I hired this organization to provide accounting support for an acquisition I have been working on. I originally asked Christi ***** to do an analysis of two different businesses so I could get back to the brokers about my level of interest. On the agreed upon date for the accounting review, she had not even done an analysis on one of the opportunities (***************) and could only high level the analysis on the *************** opportunity (4 locations). She tried to recall what her thoughts were, no notes, not confidence in the analysis. I clarified my expectation was to receive written notes on the analysis (which I had not received by time of the meeting) and she sent them to me a week later. This caused a lot of distrust between my organization and the brokers representing the business for sale because I was lead to believe I could make a decision around that date- that was not the case due to Christie's lack of delivering what we agreed upon.

    I finally decided to pursue the 4 ************** locations, I had all the paperwork moving forward with the bank, broker/seller, legal, and corporate. Christie and I agreed upon her getting the 3 year projections sometime during the business day on Friday so I get turn around and send to the bank so they could move forward. She did not get the analysis to me until very late in the evening, well past the close of business in every relevant time zone. This caused some serious concerns between the bank providing the loan and my organizations.

    In both situations I told her that this was not meeting my expectations and she simply sent me a bill to pay- no follow up. I think Circle CPA and Christi ***** need to seriously advance their perspective on the needs of the customer- the one they claim to be helping.

    This complaint does not state the situation as we know it. We stand behind our work and did provide the services as requested by the client. We regret that the communication with this client was not to his satisfaction, and that the client's experience was less than desired. We have resolved this to the consumer's desired resolution.

    I was given an apology and refund for some of the services. This is all I was asking. This is resolved.
