I signed me and my wife up for an adult hip hop class as a Christmas gift to her. I requested a start date of January 9th. I spoke to someone at Omaha School of Music and Dance and I was told that the owner would reach out with further details. Nobody every reached out, but that was okay. I was billed for the first time on January 1st. Our first class on January 9th was cancelled due to inclement weather. We went to the class on the 16th, but my wife was unsure of whether or not it was for her. We actually drove to the class the following week on the 23rd, but my wife decided in the parking lot that she just couldn't to it, so I went inside to cancel our classes. I was told to call the next day because I needed to speak to the owner to make class changes. I called the next day, but the owner refused to speak to me. I was told that I could cancel my classes, but that I would be charged for February as well because I had missed the deadline to cancel classes, which was the 15th. The day before our actual first class. I told them that I thought that was absurd and it was ridiculous that we should have to pay $320 ($160/month) for a single 45 min hip hop dance class. They've refused to resolve the matter and have insisted on billing me completely.

Hey There- Normally we do have to stand by our policy of making sure if people want to drop classes they do so by the 15th of the month. However, since you started right after that due to weather, I can see how this would be an unfair policy to hold you to. We have reached out to resolve this matter and will take care of refunding you.
