I entered into an agreement with this company last year and paid them 100% upfront as I was told I was receiving a discount. Over the next several months there were many conversations and interactions in particular with Devon's wife or girlfriend who acted as his manager. He would go months on end with promises to come do the work and never show up. Many, many excuses. He finally did quit coming and interacting with us after they dropped off the door for shed that he was building. So he left the job with about 60% of the work done. They removed their work website from ******** as we were told they could not take on any more jobs. He left our job for a bigger job they told us and then they refused to pay him so they were wishing to pursue that rather than complete our work.

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/07/05) */ We had multiple medical conditions a-raise one being Covid and rsv and having our new daughter come earlier then expected, that pushed us into being double booked and our contract starting for another job ( they were told about this strict contract job before we took on their job and was told we had a tight window) we tried to fit in both jobs but could not make them happy, we tried to get over there multiple times but we're in a contract ourselves that made things hard to do so. Our contract was set to end job was set to end in march of 2022 but instead we got ripped off and our company went under, that is why I deleted the ************* and asked them to communicate over text because we weren't in the predicament to be in business anymore until we figured some things out. They messaged us on our personal page and asked just for the door and we did just that and haven't heard from them since. I've offered them money back but they wanted the job completed instead, which was fine we aren't in the business to rip anyone off we just got ourselves in a predicament where we lost everything, work truck, work trailers and our employees because we put everything on hold for this contract we were stuck in and exhausted all our savings into only to not be paid. We are still trying to get things back up and going but it is a slow long hard process. I'd be happy to work out a settlement on money back for labor of what's left on the job and I've told them that would be easier for us then the work, if they wanted the work I just would need time to be able to figure that out. This is the first I've heard of them since we dropped off the shed door.
