    I went in for a free consultation because that’s what online says. When I got there, the front desk asked for my insurance information and I asked them why they needed that if the visit is free. And she said just in case there is anything done outside of the free visit. And I asked her if they would let me know if something is gonna cost before the doctor does it. And she said yes. So then I’m checking out and she tells me it’s gonna be $95 today. And I asked her why I thought it was free. She told me she would talk with the doctor and get back to me, but I never heard back. Then I get a EOB from my dental insurance saying that I’m gonna owe money for that visit. So I called and ask them why I am being charged when it was a free consultation and the doctor didnt tell me I was going to be charged. Apparently, the doctor looking into my mouth for a minute, cost $96 and that’s what they charge for. The doctor asked if she could look in my mouth and I said yes, but she never told me this is gonna cost outside of the free consultation and had I known, I would’ve told her no.
