    i called today, to ask that i forgot my dentist appt date in march i had, the ***** woman that answered the phone after calling 50 times they kept hanging up disconnecting the calls every 50 times i called, finally she talked and i asked can i please find out my appt i have in march. they said you dont have one, i said politely nicely, ok, wonder where my appt in your computer system when i had one, lets make one then. they was **** **** and **** to me, *** *** **** they said go somewhere else, hung up. so i call back again say why you hang up me when i was very polite nice to you? trying to make the appt you hang up. this ***** women says go somewhere else and hangs up on me again. wow, this west pacific dental ** ***** ** ** ****** ****** ** receptionist one that hangs up calls and ** **** *** **** to customers. i dont deserve to be treated like this, this company should be reported to ******** for treating customers like dirt on a carpet. **** **** ***** ** ** ***** *** *** *** *** ****** *********. i want resolsution with this dentist there why their receptionist ** **** ** ********* *** hangs up on people. **** **** **** *** *** **** ****** ** * ** ** ******* **** ** ***** ***. this place needs to know about this probelm with their receptionist, *** ** * ****** ****.

    Ms. *********** called our office to ask about an upcoming appointment she had in March. I checked our records and told her I didn't see anything scheduled for March but we could certainly set one up for her. Instead of simply making an appointment that worked for her, she instead chose to interrogate me as to why her original appointment was not anywhere in our schedule. I again asked her if she'd like to set something up in March, because we could certainly get that done, and she continued to argue with me. It was at that point I explained to her that I thought it would be best if she found another office to take care of her dental needs and said goodbye. Ms. *********** then chose to call our office again and accused me of hanging up on her, and I again explained that I said goodbye and again, it would be best for her to find another office. After this interaction, I looked into this patient's history further and realized she had canceled a scheduled appointment last year, because she decided to go to another office to finish a cleaning our office had started and had scheduled to complete for her a few weeks later. To our knowledge, we don't know of any of Ms. ************* friends who are current patients.

    This office sees hundreds of ******** patients, far more than any other office we know of in the ***** area. We treat all our patients with respect, which is more than I was shown from Ms. ***********. At no point did I ever hang up the phone without first saying goodbye.
