      Since October of 2023 I have been requesting details about charges added to my account (4 charges including 2 for $634.15 and 2 for $181.16 totaling $1,630.62). There are no dates of service, billing codes, or explanation of these charges included in any bill I have ever received, they are not reflected in any treatment plan I was provided, and were added weeks after services were completed and paid for in full at the agreed upon amount. I was told treatment plans included contacting and verifying insurance prior to ever agreeing to any services. Over the year and a half since I have repeatedly reached out attempting to learn what these fees were for only to consistently be told no fees were added to my account in October of 2023, I was told this as recently as this Tuesday by the office manager who has been working as the office manager for over a year at this office. I’ve had staff members attempt to go over billing with me only resulting in them agreeing something wasn’t right about October of 2023, when I brought this up I was informed any employees who made such statements have been fired (though neither I or the office manager were able to supply names of specific employees). I have repeatedly had my calls and voicemails ignored until I began submitting requests in writing via text message services within the past half a year or so threatening legal action against the company. Their response has consistently been to call me and gaslight me stating there were no charges added. I finally received a complete billing breakdown of all services only to find that these charges are noted on there and still have no explanation attached. This office has repeatedly attempted to ignore requests for documentation, insisted no billing adjustments were made, and consequently told me it would be looked into then never reaching back out to me.

      After a year and a half the office manager has at least admitted these charges exist after denying there were any charges added in October of 2023 over the phone the day of the original email supplying my billing breakdown (which was the first time a request for it has ever been fulfilled).
