    The front office of this business is very rude and unprofessional. I have a dispute of a balance of less than $40 which I refuse to pay. I asked them to write it off. Dr. Jones refused to do so, which is his choice. However, I do not expect your office staff to hang up on me while I am talking to you. I called back several times in which the office staff turned on the fax machine and refuse to answer the phone. I left a message. Not once did they ask me why I have a problem with paying. My problem with this business is that I was double charged for a product. I paid Worthy Dental all but the small balance. The dental office he is in cahoots with (********* ******) did not get paid at all. Both businesses charged me for a product that only one of them produced. I have reported both to my dental insurance company for coding fraud. Both of these office have unprofessional staff working for them. I do not recommend anyone to patronize these business. Make no mistake, the service is not the complaint. It’s how I was billed (each business billed me for the same product, $600+).
